Pack your tents, flashlights and sleeping bags as we set out for the wilderness right here in The American Dream City! Join Arlington Parks and Recreation for a night under the stars for a campout at River Legacy Parks, 701 NW Green Oaks Blvd.
The annual Tents and Tales Campout is set from 4 p.m. Friday, March 31 to 7 a.m. Saturday, April 1. The night will include dinner, a movie under the stars (Zootopia), sleeping bag story time and s’mores roasted over a fire pit.
The registration fee is $10 per person. Children ages 2 and under are free. Preregistration is required. Call the Parks and Recreation Department at 817-459-6434 for more information and help registering.
No pets please! Every child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
